Expert skiers may well travel to the Stubai glacier for a range of black runs to suit all types of skier and also the opportunity to ski the famous 'Wilden Grub'n' 10 km off piste run which has a staggering 1,500 metre drop! Another new addition to the ski holiday resort of Fulmpes is the ski jump stadium which is situated in Bergisel, this state of the art facility has a panorama café with stunning views of the local surroundings and also has ski lifts for both jumpers and spectators on their ski holidays.

A Stubai Superski ticket is available allowing free skiing at all four ski areas in the Stubai valley. If you choose to buy the 'Glacier Lift Pass' you can also ski at another eight ski areas near Innsbruck; these areas are scattered around Innsbruck and travel time is usually from 15 minutes to an hour. The glacier lift pass offers a huge range of skiing and some of the best value available in Europe. If you choose the Super-Ski lift pass it also allows one days skiing in Kitzbühel and St. Anton (this includes the free one-hour bus transfer)!
