Although winter sports dominate in the winter months, Sestrière does however have a cinema and a games room. Health and beauty services are available in abundance with several saunas, solariums and massage professionals and beauticians available. Indoor sports on offer include aerobics , basket ball, body building and indoor tennis. Special lift tickets are available for mountain walkers who wish to take advantage of the resort's winter hiking trails. Outdoors there's a 500 metre toboggan run and option to try paragliding or snowmobiling.
