As with everything at Vail, the choice is so vast that attempting to recommend anywhere in this short text means having to omit many more that deserve mention! To sum up, however, there are more than 120 restaurants serving virtually every international style of food known to mankind.
Among the more unusual choices is the Game Greek Club, only accessible by snowcat or ski and based in a grand European style chalet. The similar Beano's Cabin above Beaver Creek has the highest gourmet food reputation in the Valley. Otherwise it's a case of "Choose your cuisine".
There are two traditional and one contemporary Bavarian restaurant, Luie's for Cajun, four Italians, with Alfredo's and Vendetta's specialising in Northern Italian, Nozawa for Sushi and Japanese, the Siamese Orchid for Thai, the Swiss Chalet is, well, Swiss, as is the Fondue Stube. For Moroccan it's the Imperial Fez and for Mexican or French you have a choice of two each. Then there's the rest of Vail Valley...
